I enjoy coming to Dr. Kim’s practice. First of all, the location is absolutely lovely for me because I don’t like to drive on highways, so she’s very convenient. When you walk in the door, you are treated like you are the only person who matters.

They are friendly. They are attentive. Dr. Kim, when you see her, she listens first to find out what’s your problem, and she really listens, which is lovely, and she’s very thorough, gentle as could be, and then she’ll think about it for a minute, and she steps back, and then she’ll come to you and say, okay, this is what I see, and this is what I can do.

They work with you, and it’s always immaculate. This office is immaculate. The girls are kind, and I am really speaking from my head and heart because I don’t like dentists.

When I was young, I had a lot of problems in my mouth. This is a sensitive or a weak area, and even though I’ve taken, and my parents, of course, tried to raise me to take care of my teeth and everything, I had some horrifying experiences young, so every time I walk into a dentist, I sweat before I even get near them. They have so much compassion and so much empathy that they take the whole ball of wax, and you should come visit her.

You would never be disappointed.

I love coming to this practice because I think it’s such a great experience. I used to deal with dental anxiety from past experiences and they’ve changed that all for me. I think now I come to the dentist and it’s a very enjoyable experience, especially with this crew.

I will refer family to them. I think I already have and they all love it. No, it’s just been an overall great experience.

Something I’ve always wanted to get these procedures done, such as my braces. You know, I got it done through them and they made the experience great. They give such a great personable experience.

You feel like a family over here. They treat you with great respect here. You get alerts through text and also it’s easily accessible for you.

The efficiency that they run at this dental office has been great. On time, if they tell you, be here at 3.30, you’re not sitting in an office like other offices where you might wait like 45 minutes. You’re getting in, getting out, and I think that experience itself is huge.

Dr. Kim, she’s very funny. She’s a great person to work with. I think she makes the experience go flawlessly.

She’s very smart, knowledgeable, and I trust her a lot. And I think outside of everything I’ve saw, just the way she’s treated me, I think has been a testament to itself. I think that’s five stars for me.

I think she makes the experience just flawless. I think the quality of care is excellent. Very, very professional.

And I think that’s one thing you can ask for any medical profession is professional work, but also still be personable with your clients. And I think they nail it right on the head. Prior experiences when I was younger, I had bad dental experiences.

And then I think from my first appointment here, they were able to show me that dental practice can be a great experience, a positive experience. I came in here not knowing where my dental was really standing because I had anxiety of going. So I put it off for some time, but I took the step, came out over here, and they took care of me.

And they’ve been taking care of me since. And I think I personally would not like to go anywhere else because their treatment has been so good. But I do think that’s just a testament to how great they are and how they treat their clients.

I have horrible experiences with dentists in the past and I tried this one out and they made me feel comfortable. They make me laugh. I make them laugh, you know, and they’re just great people overall.

I feel very cared about. They’re always on top of the appointments and then Jenny’s always on top of the financials trying to find me the best deal or trying to, you know, work out the insurance as best you can. And both the doctors, Dr. Dean and Dr. Kim, they’re awesome.

You know, they’re always straightforward. They’re honest. I’m glad I took their advice, you know, fixing my smile and they’re just, you know, pretty awesome.

So, I can’t see the smile behind her mask, but she’s always smiling. Their quality of care is, are none. I mean, I haven’t had any services like this or any kind of dentist in the past.

And, you know, and it’s just great communication, the services, they want to be fine tuned, you know, and I don’t want to say perfectionist, but both the doctors here are perfectionists and it shows. I would recommend anyone coming here. In fact, that when I change over, I change over my son to come here and he loves it.

I recommend anyone who’s in for need some teeth fixed or just anything that wants to better their smile. There’s no better place than Confidento.

My entire life I’ve had very poor enamel and I also just had poor dental hygiene in general. It just never was in the forefront of my mind and you know just in general I played sports so I just had a few issues. I realized it was really affecting the quality of life that I had chewing, speaking, things like that.

So I looked up who would be the best in the area that you know had hours that worked with my work hours and this place hit the nail on the head with everything. So I called them, I explained what I wanted, what was going on with me, long plan for me which was a little nerve-wracking to be honest especially when you’re afraid of the dentist. So when it came time for the implants they told me exactly what they were going to do.

I was nervous going into it, didn’t know the process. Not gonna lie I kind of googled how the process went. Shouldn’t do that especially when you’re scared of the dentist and then they started the implant process.

So they did two at once on this side. I thought I would be down for the count for a little while, just it took me maybe half a day to recover. I had barely any swelling, barely any pain.

Now I’m on the Invisalign part of it which I think was my favorite part because I had braces when I was a teenager. Didn’t wear my retainer so everything went back to the way it was. Every week when I change out my trays that it is a lot straighter and people my life are noticing my smile has changed.

I practiced my smile for a very long time to hide the empty holes in my mouth. I have more confidence in my smile and I think that’s the biggest takeaway I have from this practice is the confidence that I have even though I’m not even done yet.

I found Confidential. My dentist of 20 some odd years retired, so I was kind of lost, and I had a tooth that was screaming, and I knew I was in big trouble. I knew an extraction was going to be needed after she had gotten done with the x-rays and such, and she said it really does have to come out.

She said, I can’t, you know, we can’t save that tooth. It must come out. I said, I’m scared.

She said, don’t worry. She gave me plenty of Novocaine, and when she took that tooth out, honestly, I walked out smiling. I was like, wow, that was one of my better extractions.

Coming to Dr. Kim, you can expect top quality of service. First and foremost, finding out what truly is the cause. They will look deep into the cause.

She will always give you a few options. She doesn’t say, well, this is it. She’ll say, this is what I think we should do, but we might be able to do this for you.

You should give her a shot. I would recommend her to anybody to come and see and let them, and once you walk in, you’re not going to look for something else.

The teeth a lot itself, it just it brings a lot of confidence to someone. So I think when my teeth wasn’t as straight as I wanted it to be, I think that’s something I want to take care of. Coming here, they’ve kind of set me on the path of like, hey, I think this is what’s best for your teeth.

And I think having that knowledge that they have to give to me made the whole like process just seem like flawless. It was easy. They told me where and which steps I was going to have.

So at the office, they started me on braces. I was in braces for maybe two years. And then we decided to go to Invisalign just to help the micro adjustments and which was all included in my main package.

So it was wonderful to just be able to go from one to the other without, you know, without having to expect any more expenses. Just knowing that everything that I’m agreeing to was just for me to have straight teeth at the end, all included. And that was wonderful.

I was very happy with the overall experience of Invisalign and the braces. They both have their quips and perks. It’s part of the process of getting your teeth straightened and I think they both went very well.

For any patient that’s considering, you know, any dental treatment to straighten their teeth, I think it’s something you should definitely do. In terms of the investment, I think it’s not much for what you’re going to gain from it. I think your smiles a lot.

That was another thing that was making me hesitant on it was going to be the financial cost. But this office was great in terms of flexibility and payment options and such. And it’s something that it was a no-brainer for me.

You know, I just paying it out monthly and I didn’t know that the end goal was to have straighter teeth. I think that was the one thing I wanted and I would do it again every time.

What led me getting into an implant was I had a root canal when I was in high school, you know, and then after probably like 10-12 years the root canal like fell out and had a hole but I had no insurance for a dentist and just slowly started to decay and rot away and my other dentist didn’t even really acknowledge it or really care about it. She just was there to fix it and then I came here to get some dental work and that’s the first she said we need to fix this and she gave me all the options, you know, and she’s like I suggest you go in with the implant, you know what I mean, because doing dentures, you know, we got to cut your teeth and, you know, it’s not going to look that great but with an implant it’s going to look like a normal smile, you know, it’s a little bit more money but it’s well worth it because it’s your smile at the end of the day and that right there, you know, it’s really like wow and so I got my implant done and actually I’m still waiting for it right now. I have the actual screw implant waiting for the crown and all that good stuff to get done but so since coming to Confidential, I’ve gained so much knowledge in the dental research.

They’re always so knowledgeable and tell me what they’re doing, you know, and how they’re going to do it and they’re very upfront, you know, with the billing too, you know what I mean, which is the scary most stress part coming to the dentist and that’s what I love. I feel cared for here and their services here are really top-notch. I recommend Confidential to anyone and everyone.

They’re a great care provider. They do quality service. They’re top-notch and, you know, my whole experience with getting this implant really it’s so comfortable and I know what’s happening and, you know, I recommend this place to anyone and their service.

I had braces when I was younger, and I never wore my retainer when I was supposed to. This is also way before Invisalign. There was no option for any type of corrective trays.

Very uncomfortable. And I was 15. I’m not going to wear a retainer.

I just got my braces off. But the crookedness of my teeth really affected how I smiled at people. I’m a nurse, so, you know, my smile is probably one of my biggest tools when I’m putting someone at ease.

And, you know, you have a mouthful of it’s not good for the confidence. It isn’t. When they suggested Invisalign to me, I was very excited, but I was kind of confused as to how the process would go, since I am missing a lot of teeth.

So when they first did the scans for the Invisalign after my implants were in, they took this 3D image, which I had never seen before. They had a wand in my mouth, and they took, I guess, pictures and measurements of my teeth, and they sent it out. And when I came back for my very first appointment, when my trays were made, I initially started out changing them out every two weeks.

They’re working beautifully. I am currently on, I believe, tray set number 10. Today is my change out day.

I moved from every two weeks to every week. I change it out on Fridays. And I’ve already noticed a difference.

I noticed a difference three sets in. I’m kind of curious as to if I’m, you know, what 19 is going to look like, but it already looks 10 times better than it did when I started this process back in May. At first, I, you know, you felt something new in your mouth, so it was a little awkward, but now I don’t even notice them anymore.

When I smile, you can tell I have something in my mouth. You can’t really tell what. I do a lot of Zoom calls, and I can’t tell on my screen that I’m wearing them, so I’m confident that no one else can see them either.

They’re extremely comfortable, and I’m really excited for the end result. I didn’t think that it was possible, but, you know, it’s so far so good.

So when I was a kid, I was, it’s summertime, I’m riding my bike and we’re riding past the pool and there was a good looking lifeguard and I was looking to my side and I had a pull from the swing set and it shit my tooth and eventually, you know, just started slowly not looking good and the tooth was growing over each other and it made my, you know, like I wasn’t comfortable with it, but I never really thought about braces and that, but when I came here, the doctor noticed that and she’s like, hey let’s fix that. So I was a little bit concerned with getting Invisalign first because I’d always have to take it in and out like when I had to eat or taste something. To be honest, it’s so much easier to keep them clean and your teeth clean than it is bracers or braces and that, you know, you would have to floss, you would have to get some kind of pick in the middle of the day and I don’t have access to that, but you know, I’m able to just pop my Invisaligns out, you know, wash them and pop them back in and you know, I’m good to go.

My teeth were fairly white to begin with, but I did notice some yellowing, some staining just from over the years, and I drink a lot of coffee at work, so the whitening process was very easy. I’m able to use it right in my Invisalign trays. They taught me how to use it.

I have extra, actually. I didn’t end up using everything that they provided because I didn’t need to. It worked so well, so quickly.

I was able to get my desired result, and I’m very comfortable and happy with how it all looks now. I think that if you’re looking for teeth whitening, you should take their recommendations on what works best for your mouth and the type of work they’re doing in it. It was simple.

It was easy. It was foolproof. I was able to do it at home, and I didn’t have to, again, worry about any residual pain the next day, sensitivity.

My biggest takeaway was how pain-free it was and how effective it is. I got my desired results after maybe three applications.
