We are there for our patients
I think Confidential is different from others because actually we do care and this practice is about care and family oriented so I want them to come and feel like we’re part of their family so that way if they have our needs then we’re there for them all the time. The philosophy and goal for this practice is for me as a doctor is to provide the care that they need. For the practice for our team goal is actually to go above and beyond in a sense.
Our girls in the front will do everything they can to help them to schedule to insurance to understand because insurance is a little bit hard to understand so they will actually spend a lot of time try to break it down for them and make it easy for them as much as possible and try to simplify as much as possible for them to kind of get the care that they actually loaded. Our goal for the team is to be kind of have fun in a sense to care for them and try to help as much as we can as a whole team. The patients who’s been delaying and nervous about dental treatment come and meet us and our team so that way you get to know each other get the positive experience so you don’t fear the dentist anymore or the dental office itself and our team is here to listen and try to change the experience that you had before and then make everything turn into a positive experience so coming to the dentist is no more fear for you.
